#1 But not guilty on the count related to the cash in the freezer; seems like the jury found his explanation reasonably believable - that he took the money but he wasn't going to use it to bribe the Nigerians (was just going to keep it, which turns out to not be a violation of whatever law he was accused of breaking.)
