Or maybe they were just enforcing the Ramadan fast. Everybody should honor their religious sensitivities and skip lunch. (Certainly a lot of us Americans could benefit by skipping lunch.)

#2 Skipping meals plays havoc with blood sugar levels, Glenmore, and causes overeating later. Better to have smaller regular meals plus a high protein snack between.
