In other words, he had carte blanche to do whatever he wanted as a member of the media, and the EVIL police held him to the same standards of behavior as one of the little people. Disgraceful.

#4 there were dozens of witnesses including police and clear video taken. They beat a black man to the ground and called him a "nigg*r". A misdemeanor? really?
