#2 There are plenty of places where Blackwater's special skills are more needed these days. I'm sure Xe is doing just fine, and this will give the next tier work and an opportunity to improve their skills.

#3 Xe is doing very well. They have several openings in their highly successful training division if anyone is interested. War is the business of the PMC (Private Military Company), and business is good.
