#1 Yes. Absolutely. Move the UN to Dubai. We are behind you 100%. On the fast track. Here, let me pack yer bags. Get the door. [pushes him out]

#2 I also agree 100%. I don't see a downside. If they throw in 25% of the UNs budget so that the US doesn't have to pay the bulk I'd throw in a security council seat.

#3 Yeah! Get the US out of the UN, and the UN out of the US. Go to Dubai, or Brussels, or anywhere else.

#4 As long as the UN can get their basic needs met (booze, hookers of both sexes, lots of blow), I'm sure they wouldn't have a problem with moving. I know that NYC wouldn't miss them much.

#5 BTW, does Dubai let people in who hold Israeli passports or have an entry/exit visa from Israel? Because if they don't I'm sure that would be a feature, not a bug, to several UN member states.

#6 Please go. We'll just withhold 25% of the budget we pay so we can have more money to clean up the mess.

#9 The only downside to this plan is that the UN would still exist.

#12 How bout that, coffee isn't even finished and I agree with a Dubai policy.

#13 The first question the UN relocation committee asked was, "So 9 year olds are legal, right?"

#14 I'll travel to New York on my own dime to help them pack, and even make a donation to help fund the move.

A perfect match for your really fancy, totally empty people...

#16 I think those empty ex-UN buildings would make excelent Low-income housing Slums.
GO and GOOD RIDDANCE.

#17 Better idea, build in Haiti and ignore such things as Legal Age or Parking tickets.

#19 That's a good one RJ except that there are so many places that would do just as well.

#20 What have you got against Haitians that you would impose the U.N. on them?

As for the buildings - use them to house all the new out-of-work sex-industry-workers.

#23 What have you got against Haitians that you would impose the U.N. on them?

They've had the UN on them since the Clinton intervention in 1994. Might as well have the flag pole right in the neighborhood so they can see the fruits of their labor everyday.

#24 Forget Haiti for the UN. I don't think that Haiti has the requisite number of 5 star restaurants.
