#4 14 of the suspects had used credit cards issued by MetaBank. Who and how are the bills paid? Law enforcement can access this information rather easily, so how is it all kept super top secret?

#5 Metabank issue prepaid credit cards. Although I don't see how a prepaid CC is different to a debit card. Maybe its a DC that looks like a CC.

Bills are mailed to an 'accomodation address' or Post Box, then one buys a money order and mails it in. No problems.

#7 In practice there is no difference between a debit card and a prepaid CC. But the account set up may be very different. You used to need to give a blood test for a demand deposit account, but less for CC. Sort of like the difference between a cell phone on contract and a prepaid cell.
