My vote is a regular post immediately following the Bloid every day until Fred is satisfied with the result. I realized that after the first flood of suggestions it will peter out for a while, but the occasional brilliant thought will then have a place to bloom.

Pakistan = Land of the Pure OR the soi-disant "Punjab-Afghan-Kashmir Land" (or was Pakhton/Pashtun in there too, somewhere? I've managed to confuse myself on the question).
