#1 I strongly suspect a good part of this "Inspection" will be used as finding the exact place where a bomb, or Bombs, would do the most Damage.

Pakistan is NOT India's friend.

#2 Robert McNamara played a large role in the negotiations for the Indus Waters Treaty. The World Bank is a signatory to the treaty and has certain responsibilities under it.

Under the Treaty, Pakistan gets 80% of the water.

Nehru believed this would buy friendship.
