#9 Last week it was the Command Chief at the Naval Academy spending way too much money on entertainment and friends...... Is it possible that the Senior NCO ranks are certainly not what they once were, bastions of integrity and commitment?

#10 The time line of the CSM's self awards might make an interesting study. I can't imagine he woke up one day in 2007 after decades of honorable service, and just decided to make a raid on the PX badges and decorations section. As far as UCMJ action, I'd bet he'll be unceremoniously retired at the rank of E9 within 30 days.

Are you referring to the USAF Chief - who was a potential CMSAF candidate - who was relieved for sexual harassment? That was a few months ago, but it's certainly in context here.
