#1 I note that there's no mention of the some 200,000 US military and their families in the list of "threatened" groups. I guess they don't exist as far as this reporter is concerned.

The absolute WORST thing terrorists could do would be to attack Oktoberfest in Munich. There wouldn't be enough rail cars in all of Europe to ship the dead Turks back to Istanbul. It doesn't matter if there were no Turks involved - they are the symbol of Islam in Germany.

#2 That is precisely why they will hit US facilities on German soil, similar to what they have done and attempted to do in the past. As you have wisely pointed out, the postential list should not be shared in this forum.
