#3 Those sites would NOT be there unless it was to the advantage of the PAK's, and that is all I will say about that. Personally, I'm glad they are closing.

#4 The only question about this is what does either side get out of announcing this? There are never any freebies in the intelligence community. Fold, win, lose, or draw, you get nothing out of telling, unless there is a purpose in telling.
