#1 Unless I misunderstand this, they are chargine ElBar with putting his resignation letter in the wrong box.

Now, I'm all for giving him a good thumping, but can't we at least dummy up some vaguely believable charges before we give him a fair trail and then hang him? Let's think about appearances, people!

#2 Isn't this more in the way of a civil suit? The good professor is the one bringing the case, not any level of the government.

#3 I agree with TW. He quit his post to side with the MB. Charging him with littering is much better than hoping he falls up the stairs and out a window.

I have not bought the jersey yet, but so far PR wise I like what Sissi et al are doing; reminds me of Honduras.
