IIUC, ARTIC supports my contention that in any major mil conflict breaking out in the ECS andor SCS [West-South Asia?], since traditional land power China recognizes the PLA's military-tech deficiencies vee the US = US-Allies it may initially seek to isolate the combat to within close operating range of its LRBMS, FBM Subs, + MLL/MLS/MLC. THIS WILL ALLOW CHINA TO MAXIMIZE CONVENTIONAL PLA GROUND, AIRBORNE FORCES APPLICATIONS = STRIKING POWER WHILE DETERRING INTERVENING US NAVAL + AIR POWER STILL A DISTANCE AWAY. OTOH, this infers that any US Milbases close to the ECS + SCS theaters may be preemptively or suddenly attacked in first strike.

China will prefer a wholly conventional war but to also NOT be afraid of waging a LIMITED NUCLEAR WAR [Tacnuke only?] agz intervening US forces + select US-allied targets.

#2 Pakistain is a failed state, with killing and market splodeys every day. Yet, their mighty Pak Army and ISI still try to infiltrate and irritate India/Kashmir every day. So much for their "pure state with sovereignty". I really think these delusional asshats need to be nuked to start over
