#6 As long as EGYPT + JORDAN refuse to give up their claims of sovereignty to lands intended to be under Paleo = PA control, this proposal may be needed by both Israel + PA in the LR.

The PA, now + likely for a long while in the future, is a "sovereign" Govt. widout any land or territory to call its own. The best that one can say is that the PA is an "autonomous" Egyptian or Jordanian, Paleo-majority enclave

[PRE-1971, PARTITION PAKISTAN-VS-BANGLADESH-DIVIDED/SEPARATED-BY-SOVEREIGN-INDIA here].

Iff you wish, besides separatist Bangladesh Pakistan at the time was also challenged by internal regions whom wanted to follow the Bangla example + establish their own sovereign countries = city-states free from Islamabad.

US SecState Jaawhn = Ambassador Caroline Kennedy ala China-vs-Japan in NE, East Asia = UNLESS A PERMAMENT + MUTUALLY AGREED UPON DIPLOMATIC SOLUTION CAN BE FOUND, "THERE-CAN-ONLY-BE-ONE" REGIONAL OR TRANS-REGIONAL WAR OF ANNIHILATION IS THE ONLY POSSIBLY OUTCOME.

Another "temporary" isn't gonna solve anything or stop a major war.
