#1 The problem was the neighbor lost his "organic" certification because some of the GM seeds blew into his fields and sprouted. He pulled out the offending GM plants, but still lost his certification. Looks to me like his real complaint lies with the certification agency, not his neighbor!

#2 The GM crops were probably easy to spot - - they were likely 30% taller and more healthy looking.

If the genetic modification included pest resistance then the neighbor was spared having the wind deposit pesticide residue on his organic crops.
