#2 Impeaching Champ would leave the rest of the Dems in place, paving the way for Warren '16. It is indeed necessary for Champ to drive the Dems over the cliff, damaging their party to the point that they aren't allowed to govern for a generation or so.

Then we'll have to hunt down the Rhinos, of course...

#4 If the Dems become toxic the Rhinos will change their ways and glom onto whomever appears to be the strong horse that will allow them to keep their job.
