#3 Argie government self-inflicted wounds. Among other things, they nationalized pensions, gave out government bonds, defaulted on the bonds. Seppuku on the installment plan.

#4 I believe Mr. George Soros, financier of all that is leftist and totalitarian, makes most of his fortune indulging in activities of this sort.

I would not be surprised if he is building up his war chest to prop up the Dems in the mid term elections at the expense of Argentina.

Of course that nut job President of Argentina and the perpetual nanny state erected by Peron gives him a lot of help.
