#4 With the Defense budget getting smaller you can anticipate the 'bigger, badder' intel releases to pry open more funding. We've been here before. It's been a downer for the last decade plus as money for Buck Rogers went instead to the grunts fighting the battle on the ground vice the decades before of ever more expensive technology in the air or sea.
