However, even rocks can kill or badly injure someone. Also, when you see something coming towards you, it can difficult to tell if it a rock or a grenade.

#6 I once had a problem with a nasty dog that would charge my 6 year old daughter on her bike. A rock worked just fine. Rocks are serious, if you throw one at someone you should expect return fire.

#9 Used rocks to chase off wolves who had caught the family between getting out of the car and getting into the cabin. I learned baseball when you had to throw somebody out or run laps next practice. My wife marbled at my ability to throw.
