#2 I lean more towards the Islamic State. It has their hallmarks. It'd also be a twofer by hitting the Kurds, who are pretty much the only ones effectively standing up to the Islamic State.

Another, and highly likely, possibility are the Gray Wolves. They have a history of killing Turkish leftists. They're also possibly involved in the bombing of the shrine in Bangkok.

The "bug" in this is that Turkey's stopped several suicide bomber infiltration attempts from Kurdish territory in Iraq. Being cynical, I also wouldn't put it past the PKK to run an op like this. But it's a very remote possibility.
