#1 Starve them out.

Don't go in and die in a kill zone of their choosing. Bide your time and let them come to you, a few days without food and water and you can control the situation on your terms.

I wouldn't go into Ramadi on a bet. They've been preparing that hell hole as a vast kill zone for a year and it is a death trap. Better to do the old siege thing...maybe even use a trebucet to throw a dead cow or two or a couple of hundred pounds of manure into the place to give it seasoning. Maybe even take a few dead ISIS wienies and chuck them back at their buddies.

#2 Use that trebuchet to drop a few tons of rotting chicken offal on them. If they don't gag to death they'll beg to be put out of their misery.
