#1 Like mad dogs, the only cure is death.

Is the Iraqi Army Executing IS Fighters?

I think the majority of us would say:

"I certainly hope so, we don't want them going home to Paris, London, Detroit, or Rome and plying their craft there"

#2 Under international law, the execution of a hostage or war prisoner is considered a "war crime".

Is this Geneva convention crap? Doesn't apply here.

#3 No. They send them for re-education.

p.s. What Iraqi army? It's Shia militias/IRGC.

#4 Yes, gorb, it is crap created by the usual suspects (the Left and their own Mouth of Sauron, the MSM). The Convention requires compliance by the signatories and observance of the convention. Don't follow the convention, don't get the protection of the convention. IS is neither a signatory nor a follower of the rules, thus they are not covered.

#5 Sounds to like they are following the Geneva Convention concerning Illegal Combatants. No mention of the context of the video or its source. Were they convicted of a crime?

#6 Aren't these the people that sent waves of children out to clear minefields?

#7 Hopefully they are.

Cognitive dissonance. Happens all the time to "Those Who 'Care'".

Not a crime if the shooters win the war.

#10 Skid, IIRC, it was the Iranian Army that marched kids into minefields in the Iran-Iraq war. After a while they got tired of cleaning up all the scattered body parts, so they made the kids wrap themselves into blankets so the bodies weren't so scattered.
