#1 Pakistan has strongly condemned a coordinated suicide attack in Kabul which left over 200 people dead or wounded, saying the country condemns terrorism in all its forms and manifestations.

As evidenced by their providing potential extraction from Tora Bora and sanctuary for Bin Laden.

#2 Afghanistan losing several hundred civilian per month (2015- to Mar 2016)to Islamic terrorist (Taliban, ISIS, Al Q, etc) groups and a similar number of govt security personnel (militia, police, military)

Taliban (and allies and Islamic opponents) casualties are probably about twice that of the Afghan security casualties.
