#2 I'm still waiting for someone to provide a rational, logical, objective distinction between fundamentalist Islamist and Islamic in the same way that I've never heard about moderate Nazis or moderate Communists.

This is Islam period, full-stop. Are there some putative followers of Islam, aka Muslims, who are not themselves murderers? Sure, just as there were followers of Hitler, aka Nazis that weren't murderers. But the ideology is the same.

#10 Well, he's not worth that much now...

but one thing I suggest you consider. Maybe Vanguard Party Capitalism and Vanguard Party Communism aren't disjoint socioeconomic/political systems. Maybe they're the same system.
