#1 I have read on another link here where there is over policing occuring in some places to raise revenue via fines. That article indicated that in one area where the population is 20 thousand, 32 thousand warrants were issued in one year.

But MSM would prefer instead to play the race card instead of working a little harder at true investigative journalism.
