#2 "You'll never see them again. That's the mistake right there, and one that I hope Mr. Sessions tightens up..."

I thought the United States Marshals tracked down such types.

#3 You'll never see them again.

These are Yuppies, not hippies, they're not going to drop their comfortable lives and run.

#4 We will see them again on the internet, where we find most of you anti-civil discourse types.
Pointed you out already

#5 Kinda hope that they do not appear, then when they try to do anything that requires a ID, SSN, Passport or even a traffic ticket and the govt. notices and picks them up then they can be additionally charged with another felony.
Bail usually is set higher for those that are charged with "failure to appear" too.

#6 I am not a lawyer, but how the heck do you get released on your own recognizance for a FELONY charge?

#7 I think the DC system requires every person charged to be fingerprinted and photographed. This alone may get people to return for the trial.

With respect to bail or no bail, the judge has considerable discretion. If the alleged felon does not represent a threat to the community or a flight risk, then no bail will be required even if it is a felony. Determining 'threat' and 'flight risk' is obviously subjective.

#8 These are Yuppies, not hippies,

I suspect they are professionals, g(r)omgoru. The videos showed them uniformly dressed all in black, snug-fitting clothing that is hard to grab, sturdy hiking boots suitable for running, backpacks, with hoods or hats covering their hair and kerchiefs tied over their mouths and noses -- the latter help protect against police gasses, but the totality covers markers for identification. They came with crow bars and a few baseball bats, which they used efficiently to break shop and car windows, and brought along their own nurses, lawyers, and camera persons to record events while preventing outsiders for making an independent record. These people are on a Soros payroll, and have been since they started training as teams.

Here's hoping the police cloned all their phones and is looking into their social media.

#9 TW, I stand corrected - a new American profession: professional rioter.

#10 Send all the ones paid by Soros to Brazilian prisons. I hear they like to riot a lot there.

Overcrowd the prison. Less overcrowding when they're stopped a couple months from now on their outstanding bench warrant for 'failure to show' is up picked on 'wants and warrants' someplace else. Enjoy the 'hold'.

#12 Agree w/ P2K: Let the thugs leave and then like savings bonds, the warrants 'mature;' extra charges and all that goes with it. What's not to like??

#13 some lawyers hired by the rioters (or their friends or their sponsors) are already alleging the police misbehaved

#14 So, can you deport Trump to Russia - I hear Vlad wants to have a "soul to soul" (as the Russians call it) talk with him?
