The 9th Circuit has opened the door to this tactic on an issue that goes to the core of presidential authority."
If the Courts are to designate themselves the functional directors of the Department of Homeland Security, then such mandate must come from the Supreme Court, not the 9th Circuit.

Better install Gorsuch ASAP and even at that SCOTUS decisions are iffy--Alito and Thomas are about the only votes you can count on to follow the Constitution.

#4 Here is an Instapundit post that was personally revelatory: in the fourth paragraph that Glenn excerpted is the line "the shoe-on-the-other-foot argument may not count for much anymore."

These people are simply sociopaths: our Christian-morality-derived society created a petri dish perfect to fuel the growth of these ungrateful selfish haters, and the above statement helped me see it.

No more quarter.
