#2 I crawled through his Twitter feed - he's anti Trump nutter who used to write for The Intercept. Does not appear to me major actor in the threats.

#3 according to one of his tweets he 'reverted' to Islam in 2016 (most Islamic theologians think all babies are born muslim and if they are raised in another religion and then convert to Islam, they are simply reverting to their first religion),

and he's also Black so the folks at the SPLC are very unhappy again today
