#2 According to one poster, Zona Caliente Sports Bar has a Hooters vibe but way better food.

A patron might have to duck a few rounds but the food is to die for.

#4 "Active shooter" vs "passive shooter"?

I don't know why the PD coined the phrase "Active shooter". Of course he's "active" otherwise he wouldn't be a shooter.
