#3 Apparently his neighbors report he'd been shooting hundreds of rounds, probably in his neighborhood. He was not, apparently, arrested for the issue. Whether his neighbors didn't report it or the cops didn't follow up...or there wasn't actually a law about discharge of a fire arm within the jurisdiction....
