#4 I looked up Nantes in Rantburg’s archives, and discovered it was the home of the leader of Forsane Alizza (Knights of Pride in Arabic). They claimed to be a soft jihad organization which aimed by public spectacle to fight Islamophobia by reminding the kufrs of France of their approaching dhimmitude in the future French caliphate. First noticed by the public when they invaded a Limoges McDonalds to shout antisemitic slogans in 2010, they subsequently got in the habit of leading prayer services in the streets, collecting AK-47s and similar toys, playing paintball in the forests by way of training, and formulating plans for mass terror attacks on identified Jewish businesses. The interior ministry banned them in 2012 for encouraging their fellow citizens to join the jihad in Afghanistan, and in 2015 jailed emir Mohammed Achamlane and 13 of his henchmen for mopery and dopery on the spaceways.
