#8 If everyone is guaranteed a job, why the emphasis on hiring and training local workers? Seems like a stipulation that will force people to work in the local job pool and restrict the ability to relocate to a more suitable/better locale for one’s talents and desires. I’ve read about and seen this kind of shit before.
