#6 You can go on etsy.com and find great handmade jewelry with real diamonds for spectacular prices. Plus, you support the person who made the product. Why give your money to jewelry store-owning leeches?

I got my wedding ring for $49. Fine-looking, engraved with our names, tungsten carbide, the same material they make drill bits out of so it's unscratchable. Except by my wife's diamond.

#7 Diamonds are only valued because so many idiots want to pay extravagantly for them. Weddings & pickup trucks now seem to be more expensive now than down payments on houses.
