Sometimes it is the little things that get you to digging.

Since the usual European date format DD/MM/YYYY .
Did anyone notice the untranslated Article's DATE reads:

"Коротко по Украине. 04.08.2022"

So I checked deeper into the source and etc...

So who is Colonel Cassad?
It appears he is a Information Laundering (IL) Actor/Player for Russia according to:

Whereas the identity of the users ‘Rivazgor’, ‘Svetnikity’, and ‘Platon Butko’ remains unknown, ‘Colonel Cassad’s’ profile corresponds with a real individual, commonly active in the spread of pro-Kremlin narratives.

NOTE: Many of Colonel Cassad’s articles are also used by Russian (aka Pravda) run "News Front"

BTW: His readership is 72.07% Russian, up 13.03% since the war started.
