Actually, I believe the cryptic item refers to an incident near Lyman where a group of Polish and Romanian mercenaries refused an order for a suicidal attack on a strong Russian position. A Ukrainian national brigade, one of those brute squads with a name and a reputation, was brought in to remind the mercs of their contract obligations. A firefight ensured, Ukr vs Poland. The Ukrainians took casualties and the attack was called off.
