#1 Iran must attempt to balance the scales with a Chinese government that had, according to the UN, emprisoned a million Uighurs in "Counter-Extremist Centers" in Xinjiang Province. If it joins an obvious alliance with China it will further exacerbate its difference with Sunni Muslims.
