#2 You need to understand. The line of attack runs through the Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant, the largest in europe. Russia has been fortifying the plant for weeks. Think "larger than Chernobyl".
The monitoring equipment doesn't only detect bombs.
(There is, however, the possibility of 'false flag' bombs ...)
