#1 Pence is just another DC establishment wonk (if not Deep Stater). I don't know if Trump actually selected him for VP or if Pence was "force upon" Trump; in any case, yet another poor personnel decision involving The Donald.

#2 Executive privilege is supposed to cover conversations between a president, the sole executive, and direct advisors so that the president can be assured of getting objective and varied opinions. The new idea that executive privilege disappears when the administration ends, defeats the entire purpose of the concept. Now we will all watch the coin flip and executive privilege suddenly include everything to do with Joe Biden’s life and family members. Somehow the VP office, as potential president, will be covered. All this Pence stuff will do is demonstrate the double standard.

#4 Trump's biggest problem was finding people he could trust. Not many of those in DC.

#5 Pop quiz, which major political party (philosophy) believes people should actually have foundational principles that define how they live their lives and hold oaths as a genuine commitment, and which thinks it is all situational ethics and bullshit to fool the rubes?

Anypne....Bueller ...Bueller?

#6 I'm in the middle of an online course about the 10 best and 10 worst presidents. The instructor says in so many words that FDR made Bill Clinton pretty much look like an amateur.
