#4 I don’t think Disney has the money to buy anything. It is either the CCP or Bill Gates. Deciding which is more malignant is akin to deciding between a chocolate or strawberry Frosty, entirely to taste. In reality, Bill Gates is not buying the property.

#5 It's rare when you don't see a company registered in Delaware.

Nevada is another one, but if you see one of those, it's most likely a junk penny stock.

A pity the Big Guy ruined what there might be to like about Delaware, a state with no sales tax.
