#4 Relief agencies, NGO's, and the feckless media will rush to Gaza. Possibly even the UN or some sort of "peace keeping" force. Relief stations and humanitarian infrastructure will provide cover and sustainment for HAMAS.

Regional terrorism will begin anew.
