#3 Dare anyone to even mention the massive disconnection of black culture from traditional American standards, as a possible consideration as a partial motive for destroying meritocracy in business and government? If your need to dismiss competence in educational achievement as being "acting white", dismissing it as a form of alternative tribal pride, then you need to alter the standards of the prevailing culture to gain access to economic success with lesser skills and motivation.

Certainly, when standards appear to be discriminating, even when applied fairly, they must be lessened in order to avoid facing the cost of being outside traditional American culture and norms!
