#6 Remembering the mistakes of Khobar Towers, USS Cole, etc.... someone needs to look at ROE (Rules of Engagement) for the Jordan-based site itself and whatever ADA/THAAD/SHORAD overwatch systems were provided as well as on-site situational awareness.

Ever since the Iranians captured intact one of our early RQ-170 drones by duping it has been apparent they are highly skilled in signals combat.
