#1 There is strong evidence of Tarrio’s participation in a conspiracy that didn’t exist. Even if this lawsuit is dismissed, it will just be refiled as once the Grand Conspiracy case gets to J6. Bondi will end up with an internal contradiction.

#2 Before jumping all over Bondi, note the grounds on which she seeks to dismiss the case *as filed*. A sloppy ill-crafted case like this could end up sabotaging the big ones we suspect are coming.
