Teran and his colleagues built a tent encampment on the site of a proposed police training camp to protect the woodland and stop the disruption

An autopsy obtained on Wednesday by Axios showed Teran was shot 57 times, while seated, with no gunpowder residue on his hands: police say he shot first
...he was shot while trespassing — illegal occupation of property, if not something more interesting.
