Man, 31, accused of murder on Las Vegas strip and then EATING THE VICTIM'S FACE at a bus stop when police arrived
[DM] At around 4.45am on Sunday, Colin Czech, 31, was arrested on Las Vegas Boulevard after cops received a report of two men fighting in front of a business in the 1100 block.

When officers found the two men, near the 300 block of Charleston Boulevard, one of them was found unresponsive and bleeding from his head.

Officers also found Czech kneeling on the ground next to the victim with 'biological matter in his hair, mouth, and on his clothing,' KLAS reported, citing documents.
Ewwwww!
He reportedly told officers that the victim had attacked him, and that he was homeless, after cops had spotted him eating the ear and an eyeball of the other man.

Paramedics dashed the severely injured victim, reportedly identified as Kenneth Brown, to a local hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

Brown had a large cut to part of his head and he was missing an eye and ear, according to documents 8 News Now Investigators obtained.

Czech had reportedly been falling 'in and out of consciousness' while he was in police custody, as he told officers he had been awake for 'five days straight' because 'something was possessing him'.

The killer also told detectives he used his teeth to hurt the victim, adding 'he used his teeth to eat [the man's] eyeballs and ears,' documents revealed.

Czech was arrested on a charge of open murder and was booked into the Clark County Detention Center in absentia, they added.

He was set to make an appearance in court on Monday afternoon, but Justice of the Peace Rebecca Saxe said Czech was not transported to the hearing because he had been admitted into hospital.

Despite his absence, Saxe said she found probable cause for Czech's arrest and ordered him to be detained in custody without bail following the gruesome crime.

Neither a prosecutor nor a defense attorney spoke during the brief hearing, the journal reported.

Czech has now been ordered by the judge to show his face in court on Wednesday.

The Clark County coroner's office has not yet released the identity of the man who died before having his body mutilated.

An autopsy is likely to be performed by the Clark County coroner's office to confirm the victim's ID, as well as identify the cause and manner of death.

Dupe entry: Trans student with 'hit list' of 45 students allowed to return to school
No Charges for Terroristic Threats, No jail time or even a sentencing hearing. IT has been allowed to return to school to the very students he threatened.

"... The Watertown incident came to light in January when a teacher overheard students talking about the hit list. A search of the student’s school-issued Chromebook found the document titled "hit list."

According to official emails, the school alerted the police and interviewed the student, who was found not to have access to weapons. The school determined there was "no credible threat" to the safety of students at the school, which houses 560 students in grades 6-8.

Conservatives Are Embracing The Most Basic Function Of Humanity, And The Left Is Bewildered
[Daily Caller] A liberal media writer seems puzzled about a non-political conference promoting the importance of having children by calling it the "far-right’s campaign to explode the population."

Politico released a piece April 28 detailing the first Natal Conference (NatalCon), which took place in December 2023, as a "behind-the-scenes" exposé on the organization’s push to get people to have children and how it’s supposedly connected to the far-right. They sent their writer, Gaby Del Valle, to cover the conference. Her work focuses on immigration, surveillance and the far-right, according to her Politico bio.

"A Safeguards Transporter (SGT) is a truck developed for and used by the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), a semi-autonomous affiliate agency of the United States Department of Energy, for the ground transport of nuclear weapons in the contiguous United States. SGTs' trailers are known as Safe Secure Trailers (SST)."

If a SGT comes under attack, unspecified security features in the vehicles give them, according to the NNSA, the capability to "surprise and delay even the most aggressive adversary". The full range of defensive components in SGTs is unknown, but according to some media reports the vehicles are equipped with autonomous weapons systems and other "high-tech surprises" that allow them to independently engage and repel attackers even if all human crew have been killed or disabled. The NNSA has also stated that access to nuclear weapons held within a SST is not possible, even for crew members, due to unspecified security features that prevent the doors from being opened except in "an approved security area".[2][5][6]

4 Cops Killed and AP is There with the Misinformation
[AP via Lucianne] An AR-15 automatic rifle, a 40-caliber handgun and ammunition were found at the scene.

An AR-15 is able to penetrate traditional body armor and allowed the shooter to "unload several rounds towards our officers within a matter of seconds,"

Quoting the police chief? Really?
The bones of the story:
4 officers killed in North Carolina were at disadvantage as shots rained from above, police say

Law enforcement officers with an arrest warrant demanded that a man come out of a house in North Carolina before four were killed by gunfire, the victims unable to survive shots coming from inside the dwelling, a witness and officials said Tuesday.

Still reeling from Monday’s attack — the deadliest against U.S. law enforcement officers since 2016 — investigators in Charlotte said they weren’t sure whether there was a second shooter and that more work was needed to determine a precise timeline of events.

A task force made up of officers from different agencies had arrived in the residential neighborhood to try to capture Terry Clark Hughes Jr., 39, who was wanted for possession of a firearm by an ex-felon and fleeing to elude in Lincoln County, North Carolina.

Those killed were identified as Sam Poloche and William Elliott of the North Carolina Department of Adult Corrections; Charlotte-Mecklenburg Officer Joshua Eyer; and Deputy U.S. Marshal Thomas Weeks. Four other officers were wounded in the shootout, and Hughes was also killed.

Gabon: Participants in national dialogue complete work
[AFRICANEWS] Gabonese delegates taking part in the national dialogue completed their mission on Saturday (Apr. 28).

The talks sought to lay the groundwork for restoring civilian rule.

Gabon entered a period of transition after a coup last year.

"We discussed about the Gabon of the future, the post-transition Gabon. It was a unique experience; a historic experience and we are satisfied and happy about what happened during this forum," Dr Eric Simon Nzué Obiang, the chair of one of the dialogue's sub-committees.

The forum's highly anticipated report clears ruling General Brice Oligui Nguema to vye for the presidency in the polls to be held at the end of the transition.

It proposes a strong presidential regime and a 7-year term for the president.

Participants kept another controversial proposal: suspending political parties pending the issuance of stricter political rules.

"Gabon is not cut off from the world. We are part of an international environment and, international legislation are against suspending political parties," Joël Ngouenini, the head of a political party said.

Selected military officials, politicians, civil society members, youth leaders, traditional rulers and members of the clergy took part in the national dialogue which kicked off on April 2nd.

They kept the transition's 2-year time frame. A year was however added in case of a "force majeur" scenario.

The delegates recommended the oil-producer pursing nation pursue a new and more diversified industrial policy.

They also suggested prioritizing local production by supporting SMEs and nationalizing outsourcing.

On the welfare part, they advocated better funding of the health sector and more health infrastructures.

Reforms regarding vocational training, food security, were also.

Some 30,000 proposals were discussed by the delegate during the nearly one-month long delegate.

For now, the one that made it to the report are still mere recommendations. The report will be handed to the president of the transition on April 30.

Gabon's post-transition timeframe provides for a constituent assembly to write the new Constitution. The document establishing the basic rules and laws of the Gabonese government will then be put to a vote during a referendum scheduled in June this year.

Togo's parliamentary election tests proposal to prolong dynasty's rule
[AFRICANEWS] The opposition and religious leaders say the legislation is an effort by President Faure Gnassingbe, in office since 2005, to prolong his rule. Lawmakers passed the legislation in March after their mandate expired, and it is close to being enacted.

The West African nation has been ruled by the same family for 57 years, initially by Eyadema Gnassingbe and then his son. Faure Gnassingbe took office after elections that the opposition described as a sham. The opposition says the proposed new constitution makes it likely that Gnassingbe will stay on when his mandate expires in 2025.

Authorities cracked down on civic and media freedoms ahead of Monday's vote. Early this month, the government banned protests against the proposed new constitution and the arrest of opposition figures. The electoral commission has banned the Catholic Church from deploying election observers.

In mid-April, a French journalist who arrived to cover the elections was arrested, assaulted and expelled. Togo's media regulator later suspended the accreditation process for foreign journalists.

Some 4.2 million Togolese were registered to vote in the country of about 8 million people. Voters were electing candidates for 113 parliamentary seats — 22 more than in the previous assembly — and for the first time filling 179 senatorial positions. Preliminary results were expected within six days.

Togo’s authorities sealed the borders on Monday for security reasons and dispatched some 12,000 gendarmes and coppers to safeguard the voting process.

Amid a rise in the spread of disinformation during elections in West Africa, authorities warned against disseminating false results or other misleading news.

Bank of America, PNC, Citizens and Chase behind latest branch closures
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news] US banks notified their regulator of 10 planned branch closures in a single week this month.

Among those shutting locations were Bank of America, PNC and Citizens - each of which announced the closure of two locations.

Meanwhile, Chase, Capitol Federal Savings Bank in Kansas, First National Bank of Middle Tennessee, and State National Bank of Groom in Texas reported one each in the week between April 14 and April 20.

The closures - published by their regulator the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency - were planned across California, Texas, Washington DC, New Jersey, Massachusetts, New York, Kansas and Tennessee.

The closures mean that customers in the area will need to either drive further to another branch or turn to online banking for the majority of services.

It means banks have announced the closure of more than 300 branches so far in 2024.

The closures this month however were overshadowed by a very large spate of 26 openings - a sign that the ongoing 'blood branch bloodbath' may be starting to slow.

This most recent week, Chase, which has already filed to open more than 50 branches this year, again led the pack in terms of new branches. It notified the OCC of ten openings in eight states.

Bank of America, which has a track record of mainly closing branches, and Community Bank reported five openings each.

Fifth Third Bank filed to open three locations and Alerus Financial, Coastal Carolina National Bank and Wintrust Bank each said they would open one.

For years big banks were consistently closing branches at a much faster rate than they were opening new ones, with rural and elderly communities impacted worst.

But last month, openings exceeded closures for the first time in months.

This year, Chase revealed it would open 500 branches by 2027, investing billions in cities like Boston, Charlotte, Minneapolis, Philadelphia and the DC area.

The last year in which the number of branches in the US increased was 2011, when there were more than 85,000 throughout the US, according to FDIC data. Since then the number has dropped steadily to about 70,000.

Most national banks like US Bank, Bank of America and Wells Fargo have become increasingly confident that online banking can meet most customers' needs.

Closures can lead to significant savings. The average freestanding branch costs $2.6 million a year to run, according to Bancography, an Alabama-based consulting firm that advises banks.

In 2023, more than 1,500 bank branches were shut for good, with California and the Midwest worst-hit.

#5  Bank of America closed a branch on High St. in Boston two months ago. It makes sense - that branch was never 'bustling' to begin with and based on the now permanent lack of people working in that part of the city (Financial District), it's the right call.

From the floor level, High Street's 20% unoccupied; there's at least five buildings with nothing on 1st and 2nd floors except for 'For Rent / Lease' signs, and I know many of the other offices are half empty. The pandemic response looks like the biggest own goal I'll ever see in my lifetime.

Ford Loses $1.3 Billion on Electric Vehicles in First Quarter of 2024, Delays Plans to Make More
[Breitbart] Ford Motor Company reported a whopping $132,000 loss on each electric vehicle (EV) sold during the first three months of 2024, amassing a $1.3 billion loss.

The auto manufacturer’s electric vehicle unit revealed Thursday that they experienced a 20 percent decrease in sales volume and were forced to slash prices due to low consumer demand, CNN reported.

The revenue for Ford’s EV car, the Model e, plunged by 84 percent to about $100 million, which the company blamed on EV price cuts across the auto industry.

"That resulted in the $1.3 billion loss before interest and taxes (EBIT), and the massive per-vehicle loss in the Model e unit," the publication noted.

The recent figures are part of a trend of loss for Ford, with their Model e reporting a full-year EBIT loss of $4.7 billion on the sale of 116,000 units. This is an average loss of $40,525 per vehicle — and even that is just a third of the per-vehicle loss seen in the first three months of 2024.

Now, company officials are estimating that their EV division will lose a grand total of $5 billion this year, up from $4.7 billion last year.

"Americans don’t want EVs at levels Biden’s climate hysteria require," author and businessman Andy Puzder wrote on X. "Ford’s EV Q1 losses soared to $1.3 billion — a ridiculous $132,000 per EV sold. All Ford’s profits came from combustion engine vehicle sales. Collectivist policies destroy prosperity."

Robert DeNiro Is Doing Dramatic Readings of Trump's Trial

The first ’Ban the Jab’ resolution was authored by psychotherapist, Dr. Joseph Sansone, in February of 2023.

The Gateway Pundit recently reported that Dr. Sansone currently has a lawsuit that seeks Ban the Jab in Florida. The case was dismissed and is on its way to the appellate court.

To date, approximately 10 Florida Republican County Parties have passed ’Ban the Jab’ resolutions declaring Covid 19 injections biological and technological weapons, also calling on the Governor to prohibit their distribution and the Attorney General to confiscate the vials and conduct a forensic analysis.

The Florida Republican Assembly, The National Federation of Republican Assemblies, the Republican Liberty Caucus of Florida have passed Ban the Jab resolutions.

Recently, the Florida Department of Health has joined the call to Ban the Jab. Clackamas County GOP in Oregon and the Idaho Republican Party has passed the Ban the jab resolution.

Previously, the Arizona GOP was scheduled to vote on the resolution on January 27th, however, other business and debates caused delays to prevent getting to the vote.

Attorney Dan Schultz was persistent and reintroduced the resolution that was approved by the state’s resolution committee by a vote of 13-0.

Arizona is considered an important state in politics and passage of this resolution will help build support for prohibiting biological warfare against Americans and civilian populations at large.

The text of the resolution submitted by Dan Schultz follows:

#1  Still no significant (if any) instances of Myocarditis or 'sudden death' among senior WH, CDC, National Center for Medical Intelligence, or NIH officials to include members of Congress and staffers. An amazingly tough lot I'd say.

Myocarditis is inflammation of the heart muscle, and pericarditis is inflammation of the outer lining of the heart. In both cases, the body's immune system causes inflammation in response to an infection (i.e. viruses) or some other trigger (i.e. drugs).

#2  Zero - Big Pharma Finally Admits COVID-19 Vaccines Can Cause Blood Clots – What You Can Do About It!

Vaccine manufacturer AstraZeneca has finally admitted in Court that its COVID-19 vaccine could result in life-threatening blood clots.

The Daily Mail reported that,

Cambridge-based AstraZeneca… acknowledged in a legal document submitted to the High Court in February that its vaccine 'can, in very rare cases, cause TTS'.

TTS is short for thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome – a medical condition where a person suffers blood clots along with a low platelet count. Platelets typically help the blood to clot.

The admission by AstraZeneca is the first of its kind.

The question now is – if you got the vaccine, what can you do about it?

#5  ^ The problem isn't that people don't need health care, it's that the revenue stream has been captured by non providers.

The reason Pubs won't eliminate obamacare is they have been bought off. With your money.
