-Lurid Crime Tales-
Florida man calls American Airlines passengers 'blue-eyed white devils,' threatens to 'take this plane down'
[FoxNews] Shail Patel, 29, was arrested on two counts of battery and one count of disorderly intoxication.
Moslem, Hindu/other, illegal alien? In other words: Page1: WoT or Page 3: Non-WoT and Lurid Crimes? How long has Mr. Patel been a Florida Man?
A Florida man on an American Airlines flight was put in a headlock, removed from the aircraft and arrested after he called fellow passengers "blue-eyed white devils" and threatened to "take this plane down with all you motherf---ers on it."

Shail Patel, 29, was drunk when he boarded the flight from Tampa to Philadelphia on Tuesday and began "antagonizing passengers, calling flight attendants names, threatening passengers and aggressively moving through the aircraft," court documents show, according to WFLA.

The report stated he was acting hostile after he boarded and "began acting erratically, yelling and cursing at the passengers."

Patel called passengers "blue-eyed white devils" and threatened to "take this plane down with all you motherf------ on it," according to court documents. He is also accused of slapping a passenger on the hand and face and spitting on them.

Video footage of the incident showed Patel yelling an antisemitic slur at a flight attendant before he was put in a headlock by a fellow passenger and removed from the aircraft.

"I'm trying to get to my home country and you people made it harder for me to get to my home country," he was heard yelling at one point in the video.

A flight attendant used the aircraft's public address system to ask if any off-duty police officers were on board who could help restrain Patel. Police said six off-duty law enforcement officers stepped in and took him off the plane.

"Prior to departure of American Airlines flight 2506 with service from Tampa (TPA) to Philadelphia (PHL), law enforcement was requested to the aircraft due to a disturbance in the cabin involving a disruptive customer," American Airlines said in a statement to Fox News Digital. "We thank our team for their professionalism and apologize to our customers for the inconvenience."

The flight had a 30-minute delay because of the incident.

Patel was arrested on two counts of battery and one count of disorderly intoxication. He is being held at the Hillsborough County Jail on a $2,150 bond.

Update at 12:15 p.m. ET: The NY Post has video. He sounds plain vanilla, educated American to me.
Click Orlando adds that he’s a self-employed IT worker living in Tampa.
URMI gets factual: Mr. Patel is 6’0” and 230 lb, and:
Shail Patel was born on 7 April 1994 in Florida, United States, of Indian heritage. His parents moved to the United States in the early 1980s and settled in Tampa, where Shell was raised.

Records show Patel currently lives in Tampa with his family. However, there is limited information about his family background. Despite efforts, his social media profiles could not be found on platforms like Facebook or Instagram.
Moved to Page 3 at 12:25 p.m. ET.
And finally, WTSP:
Detectives spoke with Patel's father who told them his son was taking medication and drinking at the bar before the flight. He "stated Patel thought he overheard a passenger make racial remarks which caused him to become upset and yell," the arrest report says.

PREDICTIONS
Being non-White, he'll be protected under DEF and WOKE agendas which the media will kick in to cover any criminal & bad behavior.

Being Non-White he won't be charged with Racial Slurs and Racial Threats. As its the White Devils that caused it.

He'll be processed & released on signature bond.

The Blame will be placed on the Airline for allowing him to be (DWF) Drunk While Flying. Although demanding a Breath test would violate his rights and called racist.

He'll get free 1st class seating next go around and might be hired to do Biden Campaign tours.

Horrifying video shows man walking off with severed leg after lethal train accident in California: 'He's eating that'
[Blaze] A shocking video captured the moment a California man walked off with a severed human leg after a train accident where a woman died, according to police.

The video shows a disheveled man looking around while carrying a large, ragged object.

The Kern County Sheriff's Office said that a train struck a woman at about 8:05 a.m. near G and 7th streets in the town of Wasco near Bakersfield.

A witness told KGET-TV that they saw a man remove a severed leg from the scene near an Amtrak Station

Follow-up on Amish parachute rigger general officer
[Washington Examiner] A four-star Army general was suspended on Friday after the Department of Defense learned he allegedly pressured an assessment panel to sign off on an officer deemed "unfit for command."
"Suspended." WTF does "Suspended" mean ?
Gen. Charles Hamilton, who allegedly lobbied on behalf of a female lieutenant colonel, was also recommended for an investigation by the Defense Department’s inspector general. Lt. Gen. Chris Mohan, deputy commander of the Army Materiel Command, which Hamilton oversaw, will be the interim commander.
"Suspended?" Where is that found in the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) ?
"This week, Secretary of the Army Christine Wormuth became aware of credible allegations Gen. Charles Hamilton, commanding general of Army Materiel Command, interfered in the Army’s Command Assessment Program process last fall," Col. Randee Farrell, a spokeswoman for Wormuth, told Military.com in a statement.

Farrell added that the suspension was pending the outcome of the Pentagon’s investigation and any further investigations that were ordered.

Hamilton allegedly contacted members of the panel on the woman’s behalf to try and pressure them to sign off on promoting her to a battalion commander position. But despite his endeavors, the panel concluded she was unfit because of her "ineffective and counterproductive leadership."

The female officer was also rejected by a different assessment panel, but she was later placed on a selection list for command. However, she has since been removed as a candidate and will need to recompete next year.

In the assessment, the process is completely blind, where five generals are pulled at random to interview an unnamed candidate hidden behind a curtain. Officers claim this is to avoid any bias. The assessment also consists of a physical fitness test, examinations of communication skills, and psychological evaluations.

Hamilton then reportedly asked for a second panel, claiming the first psychologist was "too negative." It was approved because of "technical issues" and rescheduled for two days later, on Nov. 1, 2023. The approval of the second panel was unprecedented because Army rules state that a candidate must wait another year to be retested.

#4  /\ Not uncommon. As I recall, if you had been commissioned for at least ten years, you could revert to previous enlisted rank, continue to keep a reserve commission (do mandatory schools by mail to stay up-to-date), and retire at 20 year service at your commissioned rank.

The term was "hip pocket orders." Took a bit of pride swallowing.

#5  ..that would have been a post Vietnam RIF, to keep the EM rank, he had to have been a OCS grad.

iirc prior to the 80s, the Army operated on the expandable force concept. You had the regular army supplemented by the reserve. The reserves were technically fillers dependent upon mobilization or draft. There were regular commissions, the West Point class, along with selected individuals from other commissioning source. All others received a reserve commission. Both received a rank in the Army of the United States which was the working grade for promotions, pay, and job assignments. In theory if the service was reduced to the core regular force, the reserves would be released and the remaining regulars would revert to their assigned regular army rank which was never as high as the AUS rank.

Sometime in the 80s in response to legal proceedings brought by RIF'd reserve officers, the structure was revamped with all new commission being reserve and upon promotion to O4 rank being made regular army commissions.

#6  Thanks for that memory jogger P2k. I will never forget seeing highly decorated, Vietnam combat wounded getting RIF notices at building #4. They were mid-way through the Infantry Advanced Course. They were allowed to complete the course, but released from active duty soon thereafter.

#8  "Suspended?" Where is that found in the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) ?

It ain't, but it's part of the process. When a FO screws up so badly that even the US Army (or USN, or USMC, or My Beloved Service) has to do something, the first thing they'll do is 'temporarily' relieve him of his duties - 'suspended' to the civilians writing the article.

Ideally, the next step is that said FO gets the hint and submits for immediate retirement. In most cases - anything short of murder or sexual assault/harassment - they'll be allowed to do it, knowing full well that the alternative is looking at losing all the goodies. On the other hand, recently there have been a couple instances lately where former officers and enlisted got brought back for court-martial. (See also David Petraeus.)

And FWIW, I have seen a couple of articles on this subject that stated that the anonymous 05 is Mrs Amish Parachute Rigger General Officer.

#10  Ref # 4 & 5 above.

Had a Tank Battalion Operations NCO (E-8 Master Sergeant) retire when I was the S-3 and when I showed up at his retirement party he was a Major again. A fellow OCS graduate, he has been the S-3 of a Cav Squadron in Viet Nam but was passed over twice and had opted to finish the 20 as an NCO. I had no idea until he showed up with Oak Leaves, a Stetson and a big smile!

-Short Attention Span Theater-
Gisele Bundchen confesses surviving a lethal accident
[GEO.TV] Gisele Bundchen reportedly survived a life-threatening event more than 20 years ago.
Note to Geo.tv. Look up definition of "lethal." Normally you "confess" to a sin or a violation of law, possibly a secret. You "recount" or maybe "tell a story about" a brush with death.
On Thursday, the Brazilian beauty marked her appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
Betcha both viewers were breathless.
During this appearance, the fashion mogul played a game of True Confessions, where she had to answer a series of true and false statements.
How would we know if she lied?
In this game, Gisele encountered a card which read, "I did a photo shoot on a fake iceberg in Iceland, and I almost fell off into the ocean."
Hey! I think I've had that card!.... Ummm... No.... Nope. I didn't, on second thought. Never mind. Something else entirely. It wasn't even a game, and the bitch's been dead for years. At least I hope so!
In response, Gisele confessed, "I would have been dead in seconds because you know what happens when you fall inside of the freezing water of the iceberg?” adding, “In seconds, you're dead. Dead!"
Ummm... In seconds your metabolism slows down. People have been hauled out as much as a half hour later and lived.
Spilling the beans, the ex-wife of Tom Brady stated, "It was for this fragrance called Oxygene. You got to Google it. You can see it actually. It's on the internet.”
You have to buy some to smell it though.
“It's called Oxygene, (that) was the name of the fragrance," she went on to mention.
Did she get paid for the plug?
"So the whole thing, I was supposed to be in this slip dress while everyone was in a boat, like, all the crew was in a boat with like huge puffer jackets and life vests and I was in this slip dress (inhaling the air),” the 43-year-old also observed.
I don't wear slip dresses, but if I did, on an iceberg, I'da been inhaling the air too. I'da also had my head examined.
Wrapping up the discussion, she disclosed, “But I'm alive so thank God I'm here."
But if it had really been lethal as advertised she'd be elsewhere.

China-Japan-Koreas
Experts Tell Congress: China Building ‘World's Largest DNA Database' Usable to Harvest Organs
[Breitbart] Journalists, academics, and other experts told Congress during a hearing Wednesday that evidence indicates China is killing thousands of people to sell their organs and building the “world’s largest DNA database” that can be used to find a living “perfect match” for an organ buyer, arrest them for dubious reasons, and kill them to sell their organs.

Experts have been documenting evidence for decades that points to China making prodigious profits from killing political prisoners, most prominently Falun Gong practitioners and Turkic Muslims imprisoned in East Turkistan’s concentration camps. That evidence ranges from leaked government documents to eyewitness testimonies and unexplained inconsistencies in China’s official organ transplant data. The evidence has led to little condemnation for the Communist Party, however, which simultaneously denies committing the human rights atrocity and boasts of record-setting numbers of organ transplants that stretch the limits of what is mathematically possible in a system using only voluntary organ donors. Top surgeons with ties to the Communist Party are still welcome members of the global medical elite. Research by Chinese scientists suspected of being tied to the forced organ harvesting trade is still published in international journals.

On Wednesday, the Congressional-Executive Commission on China (CECC) held a hearing to address China’s forced organ harvesting, seeking updates on the harrowing evidence presented by researchers in past hearings on the subject. Among those present were researchers Ethan Gutmann and Matthew Robertson, responsible for some of the most thorough research exposing the abuses, and MIT professor Maya Mitalipova, who warned that China’s voracious appetite for DNA sequencing data could grant it a database of civilians nationwide that it could scan whenever it needed to find an unwilling organ donor to kill.

“The Chinese Government is building the world’s largest DNA database by acquiring DNA sequencing data from companies within China and across the globe including the USA,” Mitalipova explained in her written testimony to Congress.

“Numerous biotechnology companies are assisting the Chinese police in building this database and may find themselves complicit in these violations,” Mitalipova elaborated. “They include multinational companies such as US-based Thermo Fisher Scientific and major Chinese companies like BGI (Beijing Genome Institute) … BGI in particular is dangerous because it collects genetic data of Americans and uses it for research with the Chinese military.”

Reuters revealed in 2021 that BGI launched an initiative to seek out partnerships with American biotech companies – after sharing DNA data with the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) coming from non-invasive prenatal testing (NIPT), which doctors use to predict the viability of children in the womb.

BYD: Here Comes the EV Bloodbath Trump Warned Us About
[PJ] Donald Trump was right. It's going to be a bloodbath when China's BYD starts selling its "fun-to-drive" Seagull EV in this country at a price not even Tesla can match.

The five-door hatchback doesn't have the best range or fanciest amenities. But what it does have is a top price under $14,000, good safety features, aggressive looks, and plenty of financial backing from Beijing. BYD's specialties are batteries and high-tech manufacturing, and they're using both to aggressively expand overseas production and deliveries.

An improved version for South American markets, called the Dolphin Mini, is already on sale, starting at $21,990.

"What we’ve seen over time is automotive manufacturers eventually enter all the markets that matter... Ultimately the Chinese will come to the U.S.," Marin Gjaja—chief operating officer for Ford's EV unit — told CNBC in an interview last week.

The Alliance for American Manufacturing said in February, "The introduction of cheap Chinese autos—which are so inexpensive because they are backed with the power and funding of the Chinese government—to the American market could end up being an extinction-level event for the U.S. auto sector."

Some might call it a bloodbath.

According to auto service shops in China, they've cheapened their sub-frames, steering gears and suspensions on the lower-mid priced models over the last few years to cut costs. Plus, their onboard charging systems for all models seem to fail (or even induce battery fires) quite often.

And I wonder if the Chinesium 'metal' would even survive a winter in the 'Salt Belt'.

#12  ...IF this is true/safe - and those are a couple of big IFs - this might well upend the entire US market, especially if you can home charge it without special gear. I have no problems with an EV, but it makes no sense for anything other than a car for local use - call it a 100-125 mile range on a charge. If you can get that with home charge, there will be a bloodbath at the Big 2.5 and Tesla.

#13  Doesn't matter if it is safe, that's a risk Biden is willing for you to take.

First Responders have been saying for like half a decade about the safety faults of EVs and officials don't care because agenda and narrative.

#16  Power company was having a bad day here yesterday, lights were on and off like a disco. When it was all settled, the tube LED light over my kitchen sink and the fan / light in my bathroom were dead.

I can only imagine what similar power surges will do to a poorly designed EV while it's charging.

#17  Or if they get heckled.

It is hilarious how google changed the definition of 'bloodbath' from actual and rhetorical, to just actual violence.

Ignoring Heinlein's observation that using political authority is force, and the ultimate force is violence.

Therefore, using political authority to force EVs which will destroy the US auto industry is physical force, violence.

So stupidei.

Fifth Column
US Air Force intelligence analyst 'shared classified intelligence on Discord with anti-government Boogaloo group members'
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news]
  • Jason Gray, 28, is accused of sharing a trove of classified documents on Discord

  • He was said to be a proponent of the anti-government 'Boogaloo' movement

  • Cops placed found child pornography on his devices, and was not prosecuted over the classified documents leak in exchange for pleading guilty to those crimes

According to an FBI affidavit unsealed this week, analyst Jason Gray, 28, shared information that he 'likely obtained' through his access to the National Security Agency (NSA) while stationed at a base in Alaska. The affidavit accompanied a search warrant from November 2022 that allowed investigators to go into his Discord account, which was linked to the Boogaloo movement that works to move the US towards a second civil war.

Gray's alleged treasonous activity came just months before the arrest of fellow Air Force officer Jack Teixeira, 21, who pleaded guilty this month to leaking classified documents on Discord and is set for a 16-year prison sentence.

The loosely organized Boogaloo movement is well known for causing violent uprisings intended to cause societal collapse, notably sparking up around the time of the January 6 riots.

Gray had been assigned to an NSA facility at the Joint Base Elmendorf–Richardson base in Anchorage, Alaska, offering him access to classified documents. He shared the information to more than half a dozen other Boogaloo adherents on Discord, some of whom officials have been unable to identify, according to the affidavit.

While executing the search warrant, investigators also found over 600 pictures and videos on his devices of the sexual abuse of children as young as one, reports the Daily Beast. He is currently awaiting to begin a five-year prison sentence after pleading guilty to the distribution of child pornography. That guilty plea came as part of an agreement with prosecutors not to charge Gray over the classified documents leaking, according to court filings.

His actions come as officials say they are becoming more and more aware of the Boogaloo movement's growth in recent years.

'Dozens of Americans have been arrested in the last few years trying to advance the Boogaloo ideology through violence,' Seamus Hughes, a senior researcher at the University of Nebraska’s National Counterterrorism Innovation, Technology, and Education Center, told The Daily Beast.

'Adherents long for a second civil war and to sow chaos in America. A military member should be nowhere near that ideology, let alone furthering it by running one of its social media accounts.'

Following the leak, a spokesman for Discord said in a statement to the Washington Post that the company 'cooperated with the law enforcement investigation once notified, including by producing data that was lawfully requested.'

Gray's search warrant in November 2022 came months before the high-profile arrest of fellow-Air Force officer Jack Teixeira, then-21. This month, he leaded guilty to leaking highly classified military documents about Russia's war in Ukraine and other national security secrets on Discord.

Teixeira admitted all six counts relating to willful retention and transmission of national defense information in the most consequential security leak in years - and accepted a 16-year jail term as part of a plea deal Monday. In return, Boston prosecutors agreed not to charge him with further counts under the Espionage Act.

The leak led the Pentagon to tighten controls to safeguard classified information, and the Air Force disciplined 15 personnel as its inspector general found last year that multiple officials intentionally failed to take required action about Teixeira's suspicious behavior.

Gallagher to depart Congress in April, shrinking GOP House majority
[Blaze] Republican Rep. Mike Gallagher of Wisconsin, who announced last month that he would not seek re-election, has now announced that he plans to leave office next month.

His departure will shrink the GOP's House majority to 217-213, which means that when all lawmakers participate in a vote, if even two Republicans join with Democrats there would be a 215-215 tie.

"After conversations with my family, I have made the decision to resign my position as a member of the House of Representatives for Wisconsin's Eighth Congressional District effective April 19, 2024," Gallagher said in a statement.

"I've worked closely with House Republican leadership on this timeline and look forward to seeing Speaker Johnson appoint a new chair to carry out the important mission of the Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party," he continued. "My office will continue to operate and provide constituent services to the Eighth District for the remainder of the term. Four terms serving Northeast Wisconsin in Congress has been the honor of a lifetime and strengthened my conviction that America is the greatest country in the history of the world."

1 maybe, but now several?
I am starting wonder what kinda dirt, rewards, personal or threats against family members are involved in these early departures?

eg. He was Chair of the Committee on the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).

Either way, now the CCP owned RINO's will become a expensive hinge pin on key issues for both parties.

'God gave us Trump': Christian media evangelicals preach a messianic message
NEW YORK (Reuters) - "This is really a battle between good and evil," evangelical TV preacher Hank Kunneman says of the slew of criminal charges facing Donald Trump. "There's something on President Trump that the enemy fears: It's called the anointing."

The Nebraska pastor, who was speaking on cable news show "FlashPoint" last summer, is among several voices in Christian media pressing a message of Biblical proportions: The 2024 presidential race is a fight for America's soul, and a persecuted Trump has God's protection.

Because without us openly demanding morality and sanity at the ground level, Trump can't do anything.

Russian scientists have patented a drug for the treatment of Parkinson's disease
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.
[Regnum] Scientists from St. Petersburg have patented a drug for the treatment of Parkinson's disease in the early stages. The Izvestia newspaper wrote about this on March 22.

It was developed by specialists from the St. Petersburg Institute of Nuclear Physics named after B. P. Konstantinov (PNPI) of the National Research Center "Kurchatov Institute" and the First St. Petersburg State Medical University named after I. P. Pavlov. The drug acts on the enzyme glucocerebrosidase, which is encoded by the GBA1 gene.

Mutations in this area increase the risk of developing the disease tenfold. The medicine helps restore enzyme activity.

The developers of the drug relied on the research of foreign scientists who were able to correct the functioning of glucocerebrosidase using a small molecule - a pharmacological chaperone that allows restoring the structure of protein formations.

Specialists from the Kurchatov Institute built a computer model to identify chemical modifications of the chaperone. The researchers synthesized several molecules and tested their effect on enzyme activity in cells from patients with a mutation in the GBA1 gene.

Tests have revealed that the resulting compound fights pathology more effectively than foreign developments that were used as a basis for the experiment.

As reported by IA Regnum, in September 2019, Stanford University School of Medicine announced that the institution’s staff had discovered a “molecular defect” that makes it possible to detect Parkinson’s disease in the early stages, as well as a substance that eliminates this “malfunction.”

In November 2019, the Royal Melbourne University of Technology released information that the institution’s specialists had created a technology for early diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease using written tests that are processed by a special program.
