[UPI] The Trump administration announced federal law enforcement officers will be sent to Memphis and St. Louis to stamp out violent mostly peaceful crime in the cities.
The Justice Department announced Thursday the expansion of Operation Legend that began in early July with the deployment of federal troops to Kansas City, Mo., following the death of LeGend Taliferro, 4, who was fatally shot while sleeping in the early morning of June 29.
In July, Federal troops were also sent to reliably Democrat Chicago, aka The Windy City or Mobtown ...home of Al Capone, the Chicago Black Sox, a succession of Daleys, Barak Obama, and Rahm Emmanuel... , Albuquerque, Cleveland, kept in touch with the world by Obamaphone, ...was ruled by a Democrat machine from 1942 through 1971. After the river caught fire during the administration of Carl Stokes they tried a Republican, then went back to being Democrats when the party hacked up Dennis Kucinich ... , bankrupt, increasingly impoverished, reliably Democrat, Detroit ... ruled by Democrats since 1962. A city whose Golden Age included the Purple Gang... and Milwaukee under the operation.
U.S. Attorney General William Barr said the troops were being sent to Memphis and St. Louis as the cities have been seeing an uptick in violent mostly peaceful crime.

Haven’t noticed a thing in Memphis. That may be saying something about the normal crime rate in Memphis though. As far as the mostly peaceful commies, I haven seen a thing. Not in the city itself or on local news/AM radio. Granted my blue collar dealings in the city may shield me from the real goings on as any miscreants are probably sleeping off hangovers when I’m there, but I haven’t personally witnessed anything. Some white bitches of both genders with burn loot murder stickers on their Prius toys. One skinny white nerd holding a blm sign on the corner of Navy Rd. in Millington. That’s it. Just normal black crimes matter business as usual. Maybe Trump is getting ahead of the power curve in Mogadishu on the Mississippi.

[ALMASDARNEWS] The Ottoman Turkish Foreign Ministry said Thursday evening that the agreement to demarcate the Egyptian-Greek maritime borders is considered "invalid".The Ottoman Turkish Foreign Ministry stated, as reported by the Anadolu Agency, that the agreement on the so-called "demarcation of the maritime borders" signed between Egypt and Greece is invalid for Ankara.
The Ottoman Turkish Foreign Ministry said: "The specific area within the Egyptian-Greek agreement lies within the Ottoman Turkish continental shelf."
The ministry said that The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...the occupiers of Greek Asia Minor... considers the agreement null and void, adding that it also violates Libyan maritime rights.
Egypt and Greece signed, on Thursday evening, an agreement to define the maritime borders between the two countries.
The Greek Prime Minister, Kyriakos Mitsotakis, announced that his country is ready to take refuge in the International Court of Justice in The Hague, on the issue of demarcating the borders of maritime areas.
"I have met President Erdogan twice since assuming the post of prime minister, and told him of our desire to renew Greek-Ottoman Turkish relations because we will remain neighbors forever. I really do not believe that there is enmity between the two Greek people," Mitsotakis said during a virtual participation in the Aspen Security Forum on Thursday.

[JPost] strongem>Incendiary balloons found near Gaza border communities early Saturday.
A suspicious object attached to a set of balloons was found in an agricultural area within the Eshkol region, which was suspected to have come from the Gaza Strip.
"A police sapper and security personnel are at the scene to neutralize the item," according toa statement from the Eshkol Regional Council.
In addition, an explosion was heard in Netivot late Friday. An inspection by a sapper who arrived at the scene revealed that it was an explosive item which arrived via a balloon and exploded on the spot. The location of the explosion is currently under investigation.
In similar news, it was reported in the Lebanese newspaper Al-Akhbar, widely considered a pro-Hezbollah and pro-March 8th alliance (pro-Syrian government) outlet, that Hamas and other terrorist organizations in the Gaza Strip had informed the Egyptian mediator that the period of calm on the border with Israel would come to an end soon.
The report came amid rising tensions between Israel and Hamas following a string of incendiary balloon launching and Israeli reprisal attacks in recent days.
IDF fighter jets attacked a Hamas underground infrastructure in the northern Gaza Strip late Thursday, the IDF Spokesperson confirmed. The attack was in response to several incendiary balloon launches from Gaza into Israeli territory on that day.
Earlier on Thursday, after nearly six months without incendiary balloons, five fires broke out in the Gaza border communities. At least three of them were caused by incendiary balloons.
Furthermore, a balloon carrying an explosive device was found in the Arad industrial zone.
"The State of Israel will not accept any violation of sovereignty and harm to the residents of the south," said Alternate Prime Minister and Defense Minister Benny Gantz on Thursday.
