An investigation has started on what caused the crash.
One pilot reported failure in the left engine of the twin-engined plane, said Oleksiy Kucher, the governor of the Kharkiv region, according to Interfax Ukraine, adding this would not have been a critical situation for an experienced pilot.

I remember when they tried this in IDF for reservists' refreshment training. A girl came up to us - walking and talking like a bad ass (I blame American Marine basic movies). And, when she thought we are not paying her proper attention, shouted "You don't give a damn!". Except the corresponding Hebrew expression translates, literally, as "you don't put a dick". There being 90+ reservists, half a dozen immediately replied - speaking almost in unison - "Excuse me miss, what's my dick doing in your mouth?". She run away crying. All kinds of brass came to scream & threaten us - like what're they going to do, put us all in jail and recruit another reserve unit for the planned operational deployment?

Massive mistake! Ruining a system that produces an elite force to make some point about there being no such thing as gender in training killers is asinine. If it ainât broke donât fix it seems to be extinct as a concept in the Corps.
