French officials, who spoke on anonymity, condemned the attack.
La Belle France encourages its citizens in Saudi Arabia to be on "maximum alert" after a French middle school teacher was decapitated for showing caricatures of the Prophet Muhammad during a class. French President Emmanuel Macron's backing of caricatures as free speech angered some Moslems who viewed the depictions as incitement and a form of hate speech.
The attack shortly follows a stabbing incident last month that slightly maimed a guard at the French Consulate in Jiddah. The stabbing was committed by a Saudi man whose motives remain unclear.
Wednesday marks the 102nd anniversary of the armistice ending the First World War and is an anniversary commemorated in several European countries.

This is a more complex issue than what first meets your eye.
Saudi is “Westernizing” at a rapid rate. The single most important factor is the “declining female fertility rate” Note that I didn’t say the ONLY factor, but out of the approx. 37 factors, the most influential factor is the changing role of the female in its society. The second is an external factor called fracking, which is not as applicable to Saudi oil fields as it is to non-middle east fields. (the reason why is for another time and place)
So what has this to do with cemeteries in Saudi? Well there are really only two non-muslim ones in the Peninsular. There are many Muslim ones but they are difficult to locate, but if you know what to look for over the tops of high cement walls…. You can find them. Google Earth will not provide you enough resolution to know what you are looking at.
The two non-muslim cemeteries are located in Jeddah and in Dhahran. Jeddah is the well known one. Sailors who died while sailing via Jeddah were buried there. Not many but it has a long history. The Dhahran one is an Aramcon one. I have friends who I’ve known who died and were buried there. There are grave stones provided by Aramco. It basically started after WW2. When families stared arriving after the war, children who died in birth, as well as the brave women who died while giving birth had to be buried some place. So Aramco (NOT Saudi Aramco) created a burial ground. It has grave stones, but they lay horizontal not vertical. The burial ground is located in the oil field laydown yard inside the Dhahran community. It has very tall palm trees around its perimeter. Men are also buried there, but they are usually those bachelors who lived the rough oil field life, drinking hard, smoking hard and enjoying every minute. God bless them for choosing to live for the moment rather that for some other person’s perspective of what “constitutes a good life” I raise my glass of good Dhahran “Brown” to folks with a good grasp of self determination.
The Govnt of Saudi (SAG) is attempting to “Westernize” its culture rapidly now. This is one example of its efforts. It is thwarted by other factions inside its culture who don’t want it to. So be it. Unfortunately they use bombing as a tool to impose fear on the general public. Matawa used to be the main mechanism to control the public. Both methods will not work in the short run or long any more.
Aramco grave site is located at: https://goo.gl/maps/EqkMNZonsXPBmxEc8 It smack inside the material supply laydown yard for oil field equipment. Nearest building is the old MSB building.

[Jpost] The two were asked to carry out shooting and kidnapping attacks for the Gazoo ...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. It is currently ruled with an iron fist by Hamaswith about the living conditions you'd expect. It periodically attacks the Hated Zionist Entity whenever Iran needs a ruckus created or the hard boyz get bored, getting thumped by the IDF in return. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppression and disproportionate response... -based terror group.
Hamas, the braying voice of Islamic Resistance®, has been recruiting minors in the West Bank to carry out terrorist attacks against Israeli citizens and soldiers, the Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency) said Monday.
Two Paleostinian minors, including a 16-year-old, were arrested by the Shin Bet last month. During their investigation, it was found that they had been recruited by Hamas over the Internet to carry out terrorist attacks, the Shin Bet said in a blurb.
Their contact with Hamas in the Gaza Strip took place "frequently and over several months" on various social-networking sites, the Shin Bet said, adding that they were recruited by Bilal Kardi from Hamas’s cyber unit.
The two minors were expecting to receive weapons, ammunition, uniforms and money to carry out shooting attacks and kidnappings in the West Bank for Hamas. They tried unsuccessfully to manufacture pipe bombs, the Shin Bet said.
They were asked to carry out various tasks for the group, such as collecting information on settlements, including photographing Bat Ayin and Kfar Etzion, and providing maps and gathering points of soldiers in the area.
In return for their attacks, Hamas promised that they would be paid and that it would take responsibility for their actions.
They were indicted in the Juvenile Military Court earlier this month.
"The investigation illustrates the extent of Hamas’s borderless efforts to promote terrorist attacks and terrorist infrastructure in the West Bank while exploiting minors and harming their families," the Shin Bet said, adding that it would "continue to work to thwart Hamas’s efforts in the Gaza Strip to establish a terrorist infrastructure in the West Bank to promote terrorist attacks in Israeli territory and undermine regional stability."
The Gaza periphery has been somewhat calmer than in past years, but there has been an increase in terrorist attacks in the West Bank from 70 in July to 82 in October, with the majority being Molotov cocktails thrown at Israelis.
