#1 It would appear the 1 of 2 mutually exclusive things are true. The POTUS is desperately and probably bitterly clinging to a delusional attempt to stay in the White House.

Or, he has more inside information and is going to let the media-verse make fools of themselves before he lowers the boom.

Factually speaking I don't know, but 35,000 PA ballots coming back in the mail the same day they went out in the mail, well, that isn't my experience of the post office.
